    Hello !

I have a robot KR210 Quantec 2, 2021, KRC4. The robot I mastered with EMD. After a transport and relocation when start first time, messages was showing axis A2 and A3 are not mastering. I have rebooted the PC witt Reload Files checked but after that messages for A2,A3 not mastered still present.

There is any way to recover mastering knowing that data are saved on RDC but on HDD too, or is no way than simply re-mastering those axis again?

    Thank you.

Always is better to remaster it again with EMD (without tool).

When You have tool already - and teach offset was done, You can also check it with EMD and "recover" mastering.

Mastering data You will find in backup:

    \C\KRC\Roboter\Rdc - check cal file

And how they can be reloaded to avoid remastering?

Data should be still in RDC - You can compare when You use on KCP:

StartUp->RobotData->SafeRDC data. Then in C drive You will have actual data in RDC.

You don't need to afraid remastering. Loosing some mastering during transport is typical.

There is no other choice than remastering.

When mastering is lost during transport probably the axis has been moved, nobody knows how much. So your mastering is really lost, doesn't make sense to restore something old.

You will have to calibrate the robot once again.

In the future, whenever you transport the robot separately (without the whole cell in which the robot is located), I suggest that you first calibrate the robot on the new place. Because in the case that something has gone wrong during transport, you will NOT know about it. Believe me that it happens many times. You will have big problems the next time if something goes wrong with the robot and it needs to be calibrated.
