    Hello everybody...

On an IRB 1300-11/0.9 robot I'm having system crashes even when it's not running, but when the motors are turned on. This is an OmniCore with RW 7.8.0. and Wizard version 1.3.2. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions as to what might be happening?
    Thanks!

Changed the title of the thread from “Omnicrom system failure” to “OmniCore system failure”.

What exactly do you mean with "system crashes"? RobotWare 7.8.0 is very old. At first, I would recommend to update the RobotWare version.

    Hi DS186...

    Thank you for your answer.

I mean System Failure. See the picture... (Falha de Sistema) in portuguese is Sistem Failure.

I saw that the system is very old, I'll update soon, but I have 3 robots in the same cell, same software, same eletrical connections, but only one is doing this. Happens when the robot is in Motor On state and program stoped.

System issues without corresponding error codes can also be caused by intermittent connections or electrical noise.
Have a qualified person ensure all electrical connections are secure.
