Discussion (V)KRC2ed05 cannot run the program in high speed mode (automatic mode).

    Hello everyone, I have a Robot Robot KR210 when moving in T1 mode, there is no error message, but when running the test program at High Speed in manual mode or automatic mode, a series of errors appear as follows:
    - 2962 Ackn. common KSD-Error A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,E1
    - 1201 Ackn. Buffer battery voltage low PM1
    - 1223 Ackn. undervoltage PM1
    - 1228 Ackn. ballasr swith energized for too long PM1
    - 1229 Ackn watchdog power module PM1
    - 1245 Quit Servo bus disruption DSE 1.
    - 1237 Ackn. Wrong drvives parameter (A1-E1) C6
    - 216 Drives error E(A1-E1) No. 3004
    - I have tested the program for E1 axis in slow mode (2%-5% speed) on both T1 and Auto mode, it is not stable. (That is, sometimes it can run, sometimes it can't, it reports an error continuously).
    I have read the documentation about this error but really don't understand how to fix it.
    I have also searched on the forum for some similar errors, some people have fixed it but I don't understand how they fixed it, some people had to replace the KPS power supply, I really hope to get an explanation of these errors and advice on how to fix it.

    I hope I don't have to replace the KPS 600 power supply and the Robot's DSE, in my place, replacing the material is very difficult and expensive, the waiting time can be up to more than a few months.

    - I have replaced the DSE circuit before, the green light on this circuit is still flashing continuously.
    The 3,4 red lights are flashing dimly continuously. Lights 5 and 6 (2 Green lights on the Right) when lit continuously, the Robot can run, otherwise the Robot will report an error.

    i hate to be the bringer of bad news, but everything seems to point to the KPS.

    What you describe is that when the robot tries to move at speed (in T2 or auto) the faults appear. This means that the KPS can't supply the necessary power for what ever reason(Under voltage warning).

    Simple way to check is to swap the KPS with one from another robot. If that is not possible you can at least try to run the robot at a slower speed and slowly increase speed to where the error appears.

    Every problem has a solution, that isn't the problem. The problem is the solution.

    Thanks for the reply. I don't have a 2nd KPS to replace it with, so it's hard to diagnose, and I'm using (V)KRC2ed05 so there's no T2 mode.

    this is normal... light stop flashing when there is a problem (eStop). LED state depends on on which EStop is pressed (internal/external).


    Undervoltage PM suggests that battery voltage is too low. batteries are consumable and subject for frequent replacement. if they are wired incorrectly or not connected at all or have no charge, they will not be able to perform.


    bus disturbance suggest just that - bus disturbance. check if bus cables are ok. they must be shielded without broken tabs. must be connected properly and not be exposed to external noise (is the cabinet closed all the time? is it grounded? ).

    check all cables to KPC.... they have a loop around door hinge and if there is where many mistakes happen, for example no strain relief or wrong routing or even missing sleeve. then you get cable that is under tension or chewed up by the door etc. (and this can be nightmare to troubleshoot).

    also you claim that "everything works in T1" but does not in Auto. this means operator safety input on your safety circuit is not complete. that is the ONLY thing that is not checked in T1 but it is required in auto modes.

    Hello Panic Mode. Thank you for always being a warm helper. My current situation is that I can still move in automatic mode at very low speed, 2-3% for the E1 axis, but it is not stable, sometimes it runs, sometimes it doesn't, it reports errors continuously. (I have tried many times with the Robot but it doesn't work, it only moves for 3 seconds and then reports an error) I will check the cables to see how they are? I have not replaced the original cables, the cabinet is firmly grounded. I really want to know if the cables are not faulty, will replacing the KPS fix these errors, or not completely solve them? And I want to ask if the input voltage for the Robot is 25 Kw, will it run stably?

    in my place replacing parts is very difficult and takes a lot of time to order, so hopefully there can be a solution that can solve the problem faster than replacing parts.

    Hello panic mode. I want to ask you about the problem that my Robot still can't run in high speed mode, can you help me?
    I have connected Jack A1/X22 to the external E-Stop switch and Safety Door. and the Robot works perfectly in manual mode.
    And it reported less errors when switching to run in automatic mode
