Hello everyone, I have a Robot Robot KR210 when moving in T1 mode, there is no error message, but when running the test program at High Speed in manual mode or automatic mode, a series of errors appear as follows:
- 2962 Ackn. common KSD-Error A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,A6,E1
- 1201 Ackn. Buffer battery voltage low PM1
- 1223 Ackn. undervoltage PM1
- 1228 Ackn. ballasr swith energized for too long PM1
- 1229 Ackn watchdog power module PM1
- 1245 Quit Servo bus disruption DSE 1.
- 1237 Ackn. Wrong drvives parameter (A1-E1) C6
- 216 Drives error E(A1-E1) No. 3004
- I have tested the program for E1 axis in slow mode (2%-5% speed) on both T1 and Auto mode, it is not stable. (That is, sometimes it can run, sometimes it can't, it reports an error continuously).
I have read the documentation about this error but really don't understand how to fix it.
I have also searched on the forum for some similar errors, some people have fixed it but I don't understand how they fixed it, some people had to replace the KPS power supply, I really hope to get an explanation of these errors and advice on how to fix it.
I hope I don't have to replace the KPS 600 power supply and the Robot's DSE, in my place, replacing the material is very difficult and expensive, the waiting time can be up to more than a few months.
- I have replaced the DSE circuit before, the green light on this circuit is still flashing continuously.
The 3,4 red lights are flashing dimly continuously. Lights 5 and 6 (2 Green lights on the Right) when lit continuously, the Robot can run, otherwise the Robot will report an error.
