R-J3iB problem with SRVO-072, SRVO-050, SRVO-138, SRVO-023, SRVO-024 after booting up.

Dear all.

I have an issue with old R-J3iB controller connected to R-2000iA/165F (one motion group).

After booting it up, I got the following errors:

- SRVO-072 PMAL alarm (Group: 44017668 A

- SRVO-050 Collision Detect alarm (G:4

- SRVO-138 SDAL alarm (Group: 44017668 A:33

- SRVO-023 Stop error excess (Group: 4401766

- SRVO-024 Move error excess (Group: 4401766

- SRVO-050 Collision Detect alarm (G:4

Look at the attached photo.

After resetting the errors, everything with robot is fine, I can jog it, run any program, etc.

Does anyone have any idea what's the problem with it?

In my opinion, if the errors in the picture already have the error "SRVO-023", it is normal to have it in other errors. That's the most troublesome fault anyway. A fault path such as the driver, motor cables, cables between the controller and the robot, voltage control and monitoring, and then changing the motor can be monitored Decently.

its looks like you have a group 4 issue, if you are only running group 1(the robot) then you need to delete all the unused/unwanted groups.

It is odd the group # comes up represented as something other than a decimal between 1 - 6.
The axis # 33 is also odd but could represent axes 1 and 6 in binary or something else.

The errors listed are PulseCoder related where the controller is seeing faulty data and/or changing positional data. These may be noise related due to missing shielding in the cables, loose or missing grounds. May also be a bad PulseCoder, bad amplifier top board or the wires in between.

No, no other groups defined in the system, only one.

I've already solved this issue - the problem was with the software - I've made init start and no more errors
