    Hello Everyone,

We are using ABB IRB 6640 and IRC5 Controller, we are using SetDO to control some external device. But There is one problem, when i pressed the pause button on TP ( or release the deadman switch in teach cycle) in the middle of routine/program the Signal not change to "0". How to make the signal goes "0" when pause and become "1" again after the start button was pressed and continue in last command. the device signal become "1" again after it meet the next SetDO that valued "1".

    Thanks,

    Irham

    Check "Cross Connection"

    or

You can Simulate(ignore) that Output signal while manual TP operation.

    ABB, FANUC, Hyundai, Kawasaki

In my opinion, the better way to do is use a cross connection using an "AND" like:

-Res "SignalOutput" -Act1 "Comand" -Oper1 "AND" -Act2 "CycleOn"

when the cycle goes off your signal output goes off.

when the cycle goes on, it depends if your comand is on or off.
