Hi everybody. I ran into a problem, in this case, two Fronius sources are connected to Kuka operation to connect via Ethernet/ip to any bus. Interaction with sources has become possible thanks to ArcTech Advanced. If you have some time, the Fronius MW5000 system is disconnected by anybus (it offers a web page, it is also impossible to find it through EniPExplorer), the message "Connection of the EIP device to device 6 is terminated" appears. The problem persists until the source is physically rebooted.
KSS Version: 8.6.12
KUKA Ethernet IP MS: 4.1.2
ArcTech Advanced: 3.5.1
Periodic shutdown of the Fronius MW5000 welding source when connected via ethernet ip

I suspect that as you are using TCP/IP and you having connection issues you have high voltage influencing the ethernet signal.
I would keep your welding leads and grounds away from the ethernet cable to prevent any noise / cross talk.
I would make sure you have a very high quality ethernet cable with shielding won't protect against gross HV interference, but with welding there is a lot of HF influence potential.
Make sure you protect all your points in the communication chain.
Finally look at the lay of the welding cables coming out of the power supply. it is better if you lay them randomly vs laying them in a neat coil. The coil can induce magnetic fields.
If you do the above or if you have already done them, please report back. it is possible that the ethernet in the welder is not protected well enough but that is an issue to talk about with the manufacturer.
