- External Axes 7 & 8 (Positioners: Robot & Operator side)
- Turntable controlled by PLC
- Axis 7 & 8 for Safe Standstill Monitoring during loading/unloading & turntable positioning
- Safe Input for Axis Drive: Rotation must be monitored; if loading side E-axis moves, robot stops immediately or triggers an emergency stop
- External Axis monitored by a light barrier: No rotation if an employee enters; rotation allowed only after acknowledgment & area release via HMI
