    Dear All

I am working on a KUKA 240 robot with KRC2 ed05 that gripper tech installed on it
I configured gripper tech Type1 for 2 outputs
Everything are OK without any error but when I pressed action status key , the outputs don't set and there is not any action on them
Could you please help me to know where is my fault?

that is easy, your problem is communicating... not just with your robot system but also with forum members. you only missed things that actually matter.

never heard of KUKA 240. but i will dare a guess that it is a robot arm KR240. still, that makes no difference at all - never seen GripperTech setting that required knowing robot arm model.

what are the versions of the used software - KSS and GripperTech? what are your exact settings? What are you doing and how to reproduce what you are experiencing? are you pressing the soft keys or trying to touch the LCD screen? While program is running? did you even select correct keybar? did you select correct tool? does it even show up? is the submit running? what is in it?

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

With so many thanks for your instructions

    1- The robot model is KR240 #KR2240 2 S C2 FLR ZH240

2- The KRC Version is V5.4.14

3-Expert tech is V2.4.0 and GripperTech is V2.3.1

    4- The SPS is running

5- when I use gripper tech command in my KRL, its OK, But its not OK in T1 mode when I select the gripper and press gripper action key.

6-I have already set a tool.

normally gripper keys are not enabled unless drives are on...

also you still did not share your gripper configuration or show if SPS is ok. screenshot show it runs but not what is inside it.

    Yes I know,

I activate the enabling switch in T1 mode , wait for drive ON signal and then try using the keys.
