Ability to scroll through teach pendant in Play mode

We have a variety of NX 100 robots in our facility. Most of them allow me to browse through certain pages of teach pendant when robot is in Play mode. A select few don’t allow me to do any viewing within pendant while in Play, must be in Teach. Is there a parameter I am not seeing or a reason why I can’t browse through NX 100 pendant touch screen when the robot is running in Play mode?
