Hi everyone,
I'm currently in big trouble , after having done a CTRL START on the tablet pendant and then a COLD START to get back all custom screens, it appears that the robot cannot move at all!
We can't hear the servos running while being in T1 mode eve when deadman switch is pressed. (whereas the robot's LED is fixed green) in AUTO mode, running programs with motion such as the home routine, programs are stuck, waiting the robot to reach the expected position...).
It is also Impossible to move it in JOG or other manual mode (robot seems to be on brake and servos OFF), sometimes we have this message: MCTL-014 Waiting for servo ready.
We noticed a mismatch between the 4D View and the real robot position.
Can someone help us?
