CRX-10iA servos not running / moving after ctrl start

    Hi everyone,

    I'm currently in big trouble :loudly_crying_face: , after having done a CTRL START on the tablet pendant and then a COLD START to get back all custom screens, it appears that the robot cannot move at all!

    We can't hear the servos running while being in T1 mode eve when deadman switch is pressed. (whereas the robot's LED is fixed green) in AUTO mode, running programs with motion such as the home routine, programs are stuck, waiting the robot to reach the expected position...).

    It is also Impossible to move it in JOG or other manual mode (robot seems to be on brake and servos OFF), sometimes we have this message: MCTL-014 Waiting for servo ready.

    We noticed a mismatch between the 4D View and the real robot position.

    Can someone help us?

    Approved the thread.

    We just saw many non active alarms : "SRVO-223 DSP DRY RUN (1,0)", we don't know if it's related.

    The manual says:

    SRVO-223 DSP dry run (a b)

    (Explanation) Servo system initialization was stopped because of a hardware failure or improver software setting. The controller has been started in the DSP dry run mode.

    (Action 1) When the value is 1, 5, or 6: An incorrect setting is made. Check whether the dry run mode is set and check whether the setting of the hard start axis is correct.

    Is it possible that the ctrl start had changed settings? Although we didn't touch anything in the ctrl start menu?

    Put the AOA that you want to restore on a USB and insert to the cabinet's USB connector.
    When in CTRL Start, go Menu->File and then using the F5 UTIL-button, select "Set Device", then select the "UD:1" (which is the USB connector on the cabinet), navigate to the folder where your AOA-files are, then press F4 RESTORE and select "All of the above".

    Some files might not be able restore, perhaps these needs to be loaded individually using F3 LOAD (cursor down to the file and press F3 LOAD).

    After the restore operation is done, do a COLD Start using FCTN-button and select "START Cold".
