I have a question regarding expanding the communication of NX100 robot and AB PLC through 1756-EN2T ethernet card
The robot is added as Ethernet Module in the PLC configuration with the following parameters:
Assembly Instance: Size:
Input: 100 7
Output: 150 7
Configuration: 5 0
The card used by the robot is PCU-ETHIO which according to the user manual can pass up to 128 bytes of data.
What I need is to expand the communication and get more inputs/outputs to and from the robot.
Is it possible to increase the input output size in the PLC config and the robot Adapter?
Also will it affect the existing IO tags?
