    Hi everyone!

Currently I have an "error 0380: Position not checked". I followed the steps exactly as in the documentation with in tech mode and management security with second home, moving FWD back to zero, but when I chose DATA on Main menu, the "Confirm Position" button does not appear, so I can not check position.

I am using DX200 controller. Please help me this issue, thank you so much everyone.

Like robodoc said. Do you have multiple pieces of hardware on the controller? Multiple robots or external axes or base track.

If the page key is showing use it to go to each piece of hardware. Take each piece of hardware to the second home position. Then confirm the position.

I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.

Check in the bottom line, where the error is showed, which of the Robots/Axes Groups is highlighted.

You only get the "Confirm Position" button on the pages of the Axis Groups which require confirmation.

Go to the second home page and press the page down key to get to the external axis and then press the data button.
