Hello dear colleagues, Happy New Year to you all!
In a bead dispensing application, how do you guys "fuse" a bead's start and end trail? I am trying to leave the least amount of excess material but still ensuring leave no gaps between the start and end of the bead.
Any advice on achieving this? I have been watching some automated dispensing videos and by the looks of it, seems that the material just naturally fuses together. I assume that it only happens when using low-viscosity fluids. I am working with a medium-viscosity (60Pa), so that does not happen. I end up having either an overlap, leaving a gap or a big lump...
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
