MELFA RH-6FH jogging problem

I have encountered a problem on my MELFA rH-6FH5520-D1-S15 controlled by CR750-D with a r56TB controller. On the jog window, it is showing that the J2 has some weird unuderscore symbols instead of a numeric value. I can only move it in the + (anti-clockwise) direction instead of the clockwise direction. Once I've moved it until it triggers COLLVL it would still refuse to move clockwise it would tell me its movement is constricted. I've checked for any blockage, but there's nothing I can see.

This is also happening for J3. It would refuse to move in one direction, only happy to move in the other until it gives me the COLL error. And the other modes (XYZ, cylinder, work) it is refusing to move at all.

I've been racking my head over this for two hours, and I feel like I'm missing something really simple. Please help!

I just re-measured the voltage across the batteries for both the controller and the scara, and they're all full voltage. I did replace all the batteries before. Also checked the origin data setting to make sure they're all the same. Any more ideas?

Update: fixed it! it was the origin point. It was tricky because the origin data that they've given us wasn't valid and the robot accepted it, but the joint coordinates obviously said otherwise. The only possible reason was that I removed the batteries 'wrongly', e.g. didn't take them out one by one, so I decided to manually adjust everything and use the ABS method. Everything was roughly aligned and worked! Thanks guys
