SRVO-266 FENCE1 status abnormal code

Hey Guys,

So I have this issue with our robot (System R-J3iB with a ARCMate 120iB 10L arm). It is throwing a SRVO-266 FENCE1 status abnormal code as well as a SRVO-021 SRDY off (Group:3 Axis1) and a SRVO-021 SRDY off (Group:2 Axis1)

Question 1 What is the chance these errors are related?

Question 2 What do I Do to get rid Of these ERRORS.

I have tried to reset them every way I know and cold started it numerous times. I have checked the EAS 1-11 and EAS 2-21 and they are not opening and closing together.

So I actually figured it out ! I had initialized the robot, and that was throwing the fence status abnormal error. And so I restored the controller with the MC card and then the errors disappeared.
