I'm working with a robot that has the SafeOperation option enabled, where the mastering type is set to switch. The entire mastering test routine is configured and works well, but when the mastering process is interrupted midway, the robot enters in Safety Stop (KSS00404) and can only move in T1 (this is also mentioned in the manual). As a result, the operator must manually perform the mastering test, which is a complicated process for them. I'm looking for a simpler solution for operators to handle this issue. One approach I found is to restart the controller, which clears the Safety Stop alarm. With the EXT mode enabled, I can automatically move the robot and perform the mastering test without any issues. My question is, is there a simpler method to handle this situation instead for reboot the controller?
