Hi,
I tried to install Roboguide_RevZF on my Windows 10 PC, but it stopped at the installation Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable stage and no progress. I tried to download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable from online and installed it. Then, I reinstalled Roboguide again but the installation still hangs.
Has anyone faced the same issue before?

Never heard of this kind of issue. Are there any errors or additional messages? Do you have a previous revision of ROBOGUIDE installed on your computer? If not, try to install an older revision first (Rev. T is recommend by FANUC Tech Support). And always use administrator rights for the installation of ROBOGUIDE.

Should I right-click run as administrator during installation?
Yes. Right-click on the *.exe and run the installation setup as administrator. If this won't help I would recommend to try to install an older revision first.

I think it still hangs at this step. U mean install an older version and upgrade to this version? -
Stupid question: Did you unzip the file before starting the installation? Try to install another revision (of ROBOGUIDE). If this won't work it could also be a problem with the Visual C++ Runtime itself.

Anything other things that I need to unzip?

Just the package you have downloaded or received from FANUC.
