I know that flashing the system can be used for cracking, but it's not the best method. Currently, I have learned that there is another method called modifying the registry, but I'm not sure about the specific operation. Is there anyone who can guide me on this?

Configuration → User Group → Manage User Groups,Change Password
-
C:\KRC\ROBOTER\Config\UserGroup - Find the file kuka.user , which contains user data and modify it .

Thank you for your replies. I have used all of these methods before. Currently, I have re entered the KRC4 robot by flashing the system

Take your harddisk image, put on the kuka usb stick with installed recovery option. Stick the usb stick into one of the controllers usb ports and boot kuka recovery software. Finally choose option restore in the software.
Nothing different than other image installs but using the kuka usb with the kuka recovery package boot image installed on it. Than simply restore your last valid backup harddisk image.
If you want to completely swipe your previous installation do the same but not with your backup image but with the original kuka image you did get with your license.

If you have an KSS installation you can also try to reinstall only KSS. Look on drive d if there is an installation package. Thats not flasing but maybe is sufficient for your problem. Since you did not state what your problem the above is the maximal factory reset. Checkout forum Read First to see how useful questions are posted.

I know this method, but I'm afraid there will be many bugs in the system after flashing

in that case get another HDD (or SSD). first clone content of current HDD/SSD to a new one
