Hi everybody
So, I have two robots KR6-Scara, workin in a PickControl application. I have an IPC to comunicate with the camera and master robot in PickControl.
To commissioning, I calibated the camera, the conveyors, I created the toolblocks, and it was working good. But, I have a message indicatind in Tracer Viewer that ProConOS Master Channel is disconnected.
I Tried to:
- Execute Trace Viewer from my computer and also by IPC
- Check the cables
- Check IP addresses
- Reinstall PickControlSetup for the IPC
- Reinstall VisionServiceHostSetup
The IPC LAN2 is connected in port XF4 of the first robot, XF3 of the first robot is connecter in XF4 of the second robot.
LAN1 of IPC is connected in a switch, XF5 of the first robot is connected to the same switch.
XF5 of the second robot is not connected, cause if I connect both of XF5 ports in a switch the network stops to work (including PLC, HMI and drives in Profinet)
Any sugestion?
