Good morning everyone, I have written a program on a FANUC LE mate with an R30iB mate plus controller. I am trying to run it in auto but it won't. I've changed the remote setting to local and have checked voltage on the button. Everything is good but when I press the button my SOP(SI6) does not change states. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Cannot get it to run in auto

did you check the program with a test run in teach mode? if that works then program is ok and something is wrong with your automatic mode.
Does the robot run any other programs from before, or refuses to run the one you just wrote ?

I can run the program from the tp, just not in auto. I can't get it to run anything in auto.

Then you have y problem with your Auto mode. Im pretty sure i read a post a few days ago that the key-switch for mode selection is a common cause for this.
Anyway you now narrowed it down to having a fault with your auto-mode so you can troubleshoot further from there.
Im a newbie and a begginer so i lack the experience/knowledge to pinpoint it down to a T what it could be.Here is the link to the other post Arc mate 100ib

Do you get anything in the Alarm history?
-
There isn't anything in the alarm history. It's just like the button isn't there. But it has voltage and I did a continuity test to test the buttons actuation.

Looks like it doesnt configured in your controller

Are UOP's enabled?
-
If the UOPs are declared you'll have to set the following signals to ON even if you are running in Local.
UI[1:*IMSTP]
UI[2:*Hold]
UI[3:*SFSPD]
UI[8:Enable] -
Hello,
Is the Reset button/input working?
In order to use the SOP (the robot's own control panel), you need to set in MENU>SYSTEM>Configuration *Remote/Local setup to - OP panel key or Local.
I think you need also to set *enable UI Signals - to false
