System inputs in manual mode

Guys,

Is there a setting or system variable to ignore all system inputs when the controller (OmniCore and IRC5) is in manual mode? I'm not talking about PLC logic or cross connections to handle this.

I'm using cross connections for this. I was just wondering if there is a setting somewhere in the system for it.
