    There are no errors. Its been couple of months we have to run machine manually because auto mode is not running. It keep sitting at safe home position in auto mode after giving command to run it not doing anything. We don’t even having any issues or errors on teach pendant. We checked all hard ware which looks fine to us.
    Can someone help please ?

    If you didn't find the problem with the robot, how can we help you without providing details ?

    Please don't let me google it for you :winking_face:

    Can you move the robots individual axis with the pendant in or is the problem only when in auto mode ?

    If you can move the robot in manual mode then the fault is probably not with the robot i assume.

    You provided very little information as DylanNOEL mentioned.

    Maybe its a program problem( did the program run previously normaly? did anyone edit the program?)

    Check alarm status again if any alarm was triggered.

    Otherwise its impossible to say what is the cause with the information you provided.

    Key code "XBCD10612S11" it may be necessary to check the positions of this with a measuring device. I'm talking about the "T1/T2/Auto" switch. It's short-circuiting multiple locations at each location. He doesn't make mistakes when he short-circuits one place and doesn't do the other, but he doesn't work in that position. -Numbers key pins,

    T1 = 5+6 jump 7+8 jump 11+12 jump
    T2 = 5+6 jump 7+8 jump
    Auto = 1+2 jump 3+4 jump 9+10 jump 11+12 jump
