Hi everyone,
When i start the yaskawa HC 10 with the YRC1000 controller i get ERROR 1926 [16128]. This means there is a defect in the communication of the sensors. I checkt all the conection that are stated in the manual and they were all correctly pluged in and not dameged. While inspecting the TRQ cable (which connects the torque sensor), I found that one of the pins does not have continuity between the two ends of the cable. However, I am unsure whether all pins in this cable are actually used or if this specific pin is intentionally left unused. This makes it difficult to determine if the cable is faulty or if this is by design.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- I inspected the cables for visible damage, but it appears physically intact.
- I checked the connectors on both ends, and the pins do not appear bent or damaged.
- I performed a continuity test with a multimeter and found that one pin does not have a connection.
My questions:
- Does anyone have a pinout diagram for the TRQ cable or know where I can find it?
- Are there specific pins in the TRQ cable that are intentionally not connected (NC, Not Connected)?
- Does someone know what this ERROR could be aswell en how it can be solved?
Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
