Besides Overwriting Data from drive D ($Machine.dat and robcor.dat) to the corresponding data of drive C, is there any way to fix the error "Data of RDC and Hard Disk inconsistent! Check Robot data". My hard drive has data corruption so the supplier sent me Ahr Ghost to Ghost the data to a new hard drive. (The supplier said that this Ghost image has been thoroughly checked on their similar Robot). However, after Ghosting and editing the settings in the Robot Data section, the error "Data of RDC and Hard Disk inconsistent! Check Robot data" is still not removed. Can anyone advise me what the next step should be to remove this error. Robot KUKA KR210, KRC2 Electrical Cabinet, KRC5.4.11 Version. Steps I took to fix RDC error: Ghost data from the supplier's Ghost Image for Robot KRC2 --> Boot and Login to Expert mode /--> Switch to Window Interface --> My Computer --> Copy 2 files $machine.dat and $robcor.dat from the path: D:\KRC1_CD\INTERNAT\MADA\KRC2\ KR2210_2_SSCBC\FLOOR\R1. ---> Overwrite 2 files $machine.dat and $robcor.dat in the path: C:\KRC\ROBOTER\KRC\R1\Mada. --> Switch to KRC Interface --> select cold boot mode.--> Login to Expert mode after reboot --> Setup > Robot Data --> Hard Disk --> OK --> OK.
    Reboot to cold mode.
However, after the above steps, RDC error is still not fixed.
Can anyone help me what should I do next?
Below is the label on my Robot.

Changed the title of the thread from “RDC Data and DES errors, how to fix them” to “RDC Data and DSE errors, How to fix it?”.

that is rather old system and my memory may be foggy. i would try to see if RDC is detected. if it was working ok before, it should work now after new image is deployed. normally check would involve running DSE/RDW tool and reading version, etc.

one of messages is that DSE1 did not boot. DSE is small board that plugs into MFC. it may be defective or not connected properly or wrong version.

if the DSE and RDW are booting and communicating, it should be simple matter of choosing which data is correct (RDW) so that the other side (HDD) can be updated.

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

Before, my Robot worked fine. It only had an error when I restored the data and lost power in the middle. So it had quite a few errors and the hard drive data was corrupted, so I replaced the new hard drive and Ghosted the data with the supplier's Ghost Image. (They said they had carefully tested this Ghost Image on their Robot, it worked fine). In addition to this RDC and DSE error, the Servo Drives (KSD1) light kept flashing (Red light flashing faster, Green light flashing slower), and the KPS600 Power Supply's Green light was flashing. I've been struggling with it for a few weeks now without a solution. The supplier's engineers are also supporting but still no good results. I've also tried with another Ghost Image but no results.

Make sure the robot controller's hard drive and internal storage are in good condition. The hard drive may have physical damage, or there may have been issues during the Ghost image restoration process.

Ensure that the hard drive connection is secure and not loose. Check for bad sectors or errors on the hard drive. You can use disk checking tools like chkdsk for hard drive diagnostics.

Thank you for your feedback. I have replaced a new hard drive, I have checked the hard drive again, and Ghost on 2 different hard drives, however the display error is the same on both hard drives, I checked the DES-IBS-C33 circuit, I saw that the light on this circuit was not on. I checked the MFC3 card and saw that it still displayed the parameters, but the DSE card did not display. I removed the DSE-IBS-C33 circuit board from the MFC3 card and sent it for repair. Hopefully it can be repaired. and Hopefully it does not affect the MFC3 card. I am wondering, is the RDC data error caused by the DSE card? and with the following parameters, is the MFC3 card faulty?
