I am currently doing an internship at a research institute, and I am working with a cobot for the first time. I am trying to connect a gripper to my KUKA LBR iiwa 14 R820 cobot, which is controlled by a Sunrise Cabinet that I manage through Sunrise Workbench via an Ethernet cable. The gripper is connected to the Media Flange via ports X3 and X75, but it isn't receiving any power.
Do I need to configure the I/O settings in WorkVisual or Sunrise Workbench, or is there something else I need to set up? Any help is appreciated.
