Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with our Panasonic AT1400 robot. The robot is currently unresponsive, and when attempting to engage the servo, the following error message appears:
A7007 Absolute Encoder Error (RT)
We have already replaced all the batteries as well as the encoder for the RT axis, but the error persists.
Could you please advise on any further troubleshooting steps or potential solutions?
