our robot r2000ia/200ew. it is damage the CPU, after change the new CPU i dont have the backup system for restore .
i need the Image backup R2000ia/200ew- Rj3

Contact Fanuc with the serial number, I believe there is a nominal charge for them to create the media. (This may be out-of-date).
