It is hard to tell what the best solution for you is, since we don't know any application details about your situation. Regardless of details, I do not believe restarting the robot automatically after a collision detection alarm would be the correct solution.
As to the original question of what you can do in a job, the SHCKSET and SHCKRST instructions (found in OTHER of Inform menu) may be used to set proper detection levels for the application and thus avoid false collision detect alarms.
