Fanuc R30iA Ethernet/IP communication problem with NX-102-9020

    Hi !
    I just recently installed a new robot in production line (a M-410iB, with a R30iA cabinet), it's second hand but it has a lot of nice options like Ethernet/IP adapter and scanner.

    My problem is when i try to publish all the Tag Set from my NX (4bytes in and 4bytes out), TP is lagging, until it's completely frozen and just need a forced power cycle.

    Without Tag Set pushed, I can ping perfectly the robot.

    Robot is configured as Adapter.
    I verified all combination, my ethernet cable is good, IPs are matching, EDS is good too. It's like my robot cannot handle the exchanges of datas. Tried on port#1 and then port#2, did the same thing.

    I really wanted to use that option, if someone had ever see this case ?

    I'm not familiar with Omron, but I am assuming publishing tag set means establishing comms.

    Does Omron have a requested packet interval? Might be set too high.

    Yes, it means establishing comms.
    Omron have a RPI, it is set at 32ms the default value. The only thing is missing is Configuration Instance. I tried to increase up to 1000ms same result.

    Something is clearly wrong in my config, or NX102 is defenitively not able to communicate properly with my robot.

    Configuration instance should be 100 with a size of zero.

    That's my big problem i dont have any option to configurate Configuration Instance and its size.
