    Hi guys,

    is there someone that has ever worked with MotoDCI?

    I complete the configurations and installation of the software(both PC side and DX100 side) but when I try to execute a LOADJ or a DELETEJ in a program, I get this error:

    4104 WRONG EXECUTION OF LOAD INST [127]

    THE manual states: "This protocol already used".

    I check the RS parameter for the congifuration it looks ok for me, any idea?

    check firewall from PC which always is the first thing you need to check.

    then you must also select the correct pseudo.

    Hi Potis,

    Thanks for your suggestions.

    Are you referring to PSEUDO INPUT#82015? If yes, I have already activate it.

    About the firewall, I can ping to the address correctly(no packet loss).

    We use DCI on our xrc. What system do you use? I remember seeing similar errors. I can get similar error if i try to save a file that's not on the controller or load a file not on the pc. I sort of remember having the same issue where none of the cmds worked. Not sure what the cause was, it was quite awhile ago. Im pretty sure it was something simple

    PC Card under device for saving on the controller? Proper path set in DCI?

    communication settings

    19200 baud

    8 data length

    1 stop bits

    even parity

    com port 1

    Not sure what controller your using or if it matters but these are the settings on our system.

    Hi Jarm,

    I have a DX100 and the connection is on an Ethernet. Your settings are referred for a RS-232 connections.

    I don't think that's my case.

    if your robot has 192.168.100.10 and computer 192.168.100.11 do the following

    RS000=2
    RS005=0
    RS007=0
    IO=>Pseudo Input=>Command Remote=OFF

    And you have to specifiy the pc s IP address where MotoDCI is installed in parameters (RS82-RS85) or in maintenance mode (Ethernet settings=>server ip)

    RS070=192
    RS071=168
    RS072=100
    RS073=10
    RS074=255
    RS075=255
    RS076=255
    RS077=0
    RS078=192
    RS079=168
    RS080=100
    RS081=1
    RS082=192
    RS083=168
    RS084=100
    RS085=11
