Calibration Needed for Daihen Robot Model NB4L2-NEFN After Battery Replacement

    I’ve replaced the encoder battery on my Daihen robot (Model NB4L2-NEFN, Serial No: 2L11230YZ5776101, manufactured in January 2015), which resolved the low battery error (E002). However, I now need help with the calibration process to get the robot back to its accurate positioning.

    Current Status:

    • Battery replaced and error cleared.
    • Only calibration for accurate alignment is needed.

    Could someone guide me through the calibration steps for this model? Specifically, I want to make sure all joints are properly calibrated.
