Hello, how are you, in some way you could help me solve this problem.

It turns out that we have a KRC2 robot, when jogging it for test movements, it does not move, in the teach pendant it throws the following warnings...

    * unprepared drives
    *stop with active dynamic braking
    *active commands blocked.

The X11 has been checked, and everything is fine, the controller contactors and relays are all ok.

    Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

    try T1 mode,

make sure that drives can be enabled by pressing enabling switch. ("I" in "SIR" must turn green). without this, there is no moving robot, so you need to practice holding enabling switch in such a way that the "I" remains green...

next, to jog robot you need to select jog input. by default both keys and space mouse are disabled. select one (such as keys, then jogging should be possible so long jog velocity is not zero.

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

    I have

the x11, as indicated in the manual.

I don't know if I have to do anything additional with respect to the manual.

or alternatively connect or bridge something in the x12 (I don't have anything installed in its slot)..

When you select t1 and press dead, only the contactors are activated... but the robot does not move...

Hello, how are you, my dear, I already tried it =(, when you press the dead button and select the jog option, the axes are enabled for manipulation, but the robot does not move... since the legend appears... COMMANDS LOCKED.
    i stays red

Is there a way via software to unlock those commands?

or add some connection in the x11, which bypasses that security?

the X11 wiring is correct for KRC2-sr

if drives enable when deadman is pressed, then safety is ok.

can you please post proper screenshot of what you are actually doing right now?

    by proper, i mean:
    a) full screen so we can see everything including confirmation that drives are ON
    b) switch HMI language to English so we can understand message. because your translation does not quite do it for me. you can always change it back
    c) mark what you are using to "jog". because message 1376 tells that you are trying to run program. that is not jogging. and for that program need to be selected. your screesnots so far show that no program is selected.

i do not see drives getting enabled. "I" in "SIR" need to turn green when you hold deadman switch in T1 mode.

Also you have way too many messages and ones that would be interested are not even shown. clear messages and show only ones that remain or get displayed when you try to jog.

You were asked to confirm HOW you are trying to jog. in order to understand if and what is wrong, we need to know if you are doing the right things or not. Jog keys are on the right side (A1, A2..A6). But previously you also mentioned message 1736 which only shows up when trying to run program. The question i have is if you are pressing wrong key, because Run key is on the left side, nad this is not one of jog keys.

You just need to insert the MAMES into the mastering part and do a cold start

Thanks for your reply. I am in Spain. I have a kuka kr5 sixx R850 with krc2sr, I bought it second hand without warranty, thinking I could make it work. I have been reading the forum and the manuals I have found for two weeks. I am not an engineer, nor an electronics technician, I am a hobbyist and rather clumsy but quite constant when I want to do something. The robot is giving me quite a few errors, the main one being "unknown mode of operation". According to a kuka error manual I have to change the teach pendat, which is quite difficult for me at the moment. If you can, I would appreciate it if you could send a photo of the jumpers you have made on the x11 connector, to check if I have done something wrong. Thanks in advance to you, and to all the people who make this forum possible.

I only connect the X11, as Panico shows, but it still doesn't work.

Friend Panico, is it necessary to connect X12?
