    Hi everyone,

Nothing has changed in my hardware/software for my KUKA. However, I received the following spontaneous error:
    pzhmgHsScreenshot-2024-10-21-at-12-07-41-PM.png

Furthermore, when I check the fieldbuses in my cabinet, I see the following sequence:

    Code
<SYS-X48> Error during Stack initialization [SetMasterMode(Operational) ERROR: Slave error]
    AND
<SYS-X48> Error during Stack initialization. Device: Media Flange Touch (MFT) [Slave-Init-Cmd:set device state to INIT]

Any clues as to what may be wrong? I initially suspected it was a loose X31 connection to the robot (the grey cable), but I've tried fastening and removing the cord (along with all the others between the controller and robot), to no avail. I've once managed to fix this error by removing and reattaching everything, but that is not working this time.

For further context, I am using a MF Touch pneumatisch flange for my setup.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi all,

I have very similar problem. We have a collision during application testing and now we are not able to control robot manualy or make any change in project. We also have Touch pneumatic flange.

The <SYS-X48> error is probably chained with communication, but all wires seems to be OK. Is it possible to make some diagnostic? I would like to find the root of this problem.

Thank you for any help or suggestion..
