according to the video, the Robot pick and transfer application seems well. I was told by Mechanical Design Engineer that the weight of gripper is 23 kg, and the work-piece held 2.5 kg/per. the maximum payload of fanuc robot is 35 kg. I checked the robot program and happened to notice that there is none payload instruction found in controller.
So here is the question:Is payload setting important?or when must a payload setting instruction be set? Does payload instruction really make a difference to robot?
