    Hello everyone,

I urgently need help for my 2 M10id robot. We have 2 robots cell which are mounted upside down.

The cell has two side first is operator side and then second is robot side .Both side are separated by light curtains. When robot is on its side it picks the clip and then it trip the robot side light curtains and enters in operator side and place the clip on part and then goes to home position to pick clip for next part.

Current issue: We have total 12 clip placements for 2 robots, Robot 1 looks to place clip 1-6 and rest by robot 2. Now, when robot 2 goes to put clip number 8 it stops and fault out saying Hold signal loss. Every time its is same position only.

I check hold signal when robot 2 was going to place clip number 8 it was ON. I check UI signal also they were ON too. Now, weird thing happened was that robot was running at 80% of speed and it was faulting out for hold signal loss but when we switch the speed to 70% it works good.

This is just a temporary solution but I need to find the root cause and want to fix ASAP.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Check the alarm log, it probably is one or more previous alarms.

With your description I would bet is a payload issue as it works at 70%. Make sure your robot mount angle is correctly configured as if it's upside down the controller needs to know it.

If it is wrong, change it and ensure to remake the payloads.
