Question
Do you recommend using the 24v from the EE connector to power up
2 RO valves
1 external I/O block? (jumper 24v for the I/O block)
in accord with my coworker He says that this gen of robot controller the Robot Output valves do not need a fuse protection is this true? 
do you recommend to do this?

You can basically use the 24 V from the EE connector for this. But it depends on the power consumption of the valves and the IO block. I would suggest to check the data of your devices and also have a look into the maintenance manual of your controller type and the manual of your mechanical unit. There you will find information about the maximum output power of the ROs and the EE connector.
The ROs are protected with a fuse which is located in the robot controller.
Quick question, partially related... I'm wondering if I really have to soldier up all of the pins on the EE connector. I just want to power up my TURCK Remote IO and wondering if i can just pull the 24V and the 0V from the EE connector without needing all 24 Pins.
You can just use the pins you need.
