Hello!
I'm having troubles with the "Touch-up" function while on the "programming and diagnosis" mode in WorkVisual V6.0.30.
Everything works (upload, download, monitoring and debugging, remote access) but somehow I can't use the useful "touch-up" function.
Same error if I try to switch from KSI to KLI when connecting to the robot.
Any ideas on how to solve?

Sounds like your rites management is not set possibly.
ho home -> Start-up -> Rights Management
Look got the Teach/Modify global points section?
I know this isn't in WoV, but it reads the controller before you get into the "programming and diagnosis" mode.
I managed to solve by disabling the "activate remote access authentication" option in the rights management settings.
It may lead to vulnerabilities, but I haven't found any way to authenticate via WOV.
