IRBT 6004 installation error

    Hello to all. I am working on IRB6700 with irc5, also installed IRBP A-750 positioner. Additional Drive Unit is ADU 790-1 at X3, Y3, Z3 for the three additional axis. the system is working fine with irbp a-750. I tried to install IRBT 6004 type A, using installation manager as Robotware version is 6.15.05. After installation the controller restarts, the first thing happens is the IRBP A-750 calibration is lost automatically, including all parameters. The track irbt 6004 can be seen in the "Drive Unit" Table "M7DM1 at Drive Unit Position 2". Now as Deadman switch is pressed to manually jog the track for "Fine Tuning" it generates an error "34318, Drive Inverter Saturated Error". and if i try to jog the IRBP A 750 Positioner it generates error "34317, Motor Current Error" for joint PLATE1 + ROT.

    To verify the system, by removing the positioner and installing the track only. this time when switch is pressed to jog the track it generates the error "34318, Drive Inverter Saturated Error". I checked for all the cables and connections, also checked for DC Link voltage and found correct.

    However the system works fine and synchronized when reinstated with only IRC5 Controller and IRBP A-750 Positioner.

    Any help in this regards ll be appreciated.
