FANUC CRX Cobot LED Green but locked up

We have a FANUC CRX Cobot that is "locked" up. The LED is solid green, but we can not RUN or manually jog the robot. We did notice in what we are calling "simulation" normally it shows on the screen what the robot is doing. At the moment, the "simulation" is showing a known program running.

The Cobot was recently moved from one building to another building. We are unsure if that caused an issue.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

The T-cycle was engaged which didn't allow the robot to move. Once the T-cycle was disengaged we were able to job the robot and run the programs.
