Alarm 5040 occurs during a power blip, or if somehow the robot was moved with power off. You should be able to reset the alarm, and go to SPECIFIED POINT, FWD to it and do a confirmation.
I cannot read the other alarm, but it is a major alarm and you will have to cycle power to get rid of it.

now, I initialized the robot and I have error 7410 and japanese language. Could you send me CMOS files? My email robotyadam@interia.pl Thanks in advance!
-
Alarm 1363 is broken encoder line. Cable disconnection between the axis encoder and the MSV01.

Any version of a cmos.hex file will not work properly unless it is the identical robot and application.

Most likely your internal harness is bad and needs to be replaced. good luck in finding one. Yaskawa stopped making parts for MRC in the 1900's.

I try the reset encoder. I have cable CR, S, S- From encoder, this is cable to reset?

Resetting the MRC encoders is dependent on the robot/motor size. Don't know what robot you have. Normally it's RST and 0bat
