Hello everyone,
I’m facing an issue after moving my ABB IRB 140 robot, which is running on an IRC5 controller, to a new location. After disconnecting the manipulator from the controller and reconnecting everything, I’m getting the following error message on the teach pendant:
Event message 20476: SC 1 Disabled (Safety Controller (SC) 1 is disabled).
Restoring the system hasn’t helped so far. I’ve also checked various sources, forums, and YouTube, but haven’t found a solution to this specific problem.
I came across a suggestion to "download a safety configuration to the safety controller", but I’m not sure how to proceed. Is it possible to handle this through the teach pendant or via RobotStudio?
