HOW TO DISABLE EXTERNAL AXIS {E1} DURING MASTERING TEST (KUKA KSS 8.7.600)

I would like to know if there is a way to ignore the external axis during a mastering test at the switch. I am having to move the axis 5 degrees of of zero just to perform the mastering test. The axis is Asynchronous and is able to move independently.
