Hello everyone,
To keep my question intentions accurate and concise, I'm reposting it with a slight change to the last post.
https://www.robot-forum.com/robotforum/thr…sim-for-simula/
I am planning to connect KUKA.OfficeLite with RoboDK and want to integrate C3Bridge on a VM where KUKA.OfficeLite is installed. The idea is to use C3Bridge as a proxy server to communicate with an external program like RoboDK, creating the following control flow: RoboDK -> C3Bridge -> KUKA.OfficeLite.
In this setup, my goal is to control the robot model in RoboDK and have simulation on KUKA.OfficeLite's KRL Program with $config.dat file's variables.
What I am wondering is:
• Is this method appropriate and technically feasible?
• From my understanding, KUKA.OfficeLite operates as a simulation version of KSS and should be capable of integrating with KUKA.Sim. Also, since KUKA.OfficeLite will be running on a VM, I expect that installing C3Bridge on the same VM would allow it to connect with OfficeLite.
I would appreciate any guidance or confirmation on whether this approach is valid, as well as any advice on the integration process. Please inform you if I need to provide information or need.
Thank you for taking the time to read the article.
It's always a great help.
