CS9 TS2-40, can't enable power and missing diagnostic

    Hi, sorry new user here. I hope my post isn't created already.

    I have an issue with turning the arm power on. When I try to use the enablePower() function in VAL3,

    the arm switch on and immediately switch off (the brakes on J3 and J4 are not being released though). On the SP2 interface, it only says that power is on and then off. Sometimes I

    get an error saying "missing diagnostic, check the I/O's on the security board" but not always.

    I made the bridges between (16-14 & 15-13) ; (12-10 & 11-9); (8-6 & 7-5); (4-2 & 3-1) on J100 as the manual says so and I have the WMS9 plugged on the J101 (all buttons working fine).

    Can someone help me with this issue?
