I did many auto load measurements for various Kawasaki robots. The macro gives load values and centre of gravity as well, is there any setting that can fetch the moment of Inertia values during auto load measurement.

If you can access motion parameters that option is inertia ident, just requires turning on.
By the way, can I set the moment of inertia threshold and know when the robot collides or not?
Yes, if you ask Kawasaki and probably pay for the option.
