Kuka KRC1 not working

Hello to everyone,i would like to ask a problem that i have with a kuka KR C1 A model, when i turn on the controller, the pad dont turn on, and makes a weird relay constant sound and turn on a light with the instruction "fan fault", we check the fan and there's no problem over there, somebody can you help to try to check what other area could be?
