Hello all,
Longtime lurker first time poster. We have an Arc Mate 100i at work and someone bumped the torch and knocked all the paths out of alignment. Well trying to do touchups is causing problems and more collisions with the torch which is knocking the paths out of alignment...rinse and repeat...
My question is this: Is there a way to write a circle program sequence on one area of the welding jig and then copy the sequence to another point and have it run the same circle dimensions in the new position? We have 20 parts on our jig (28.5in wide x 18in tall) which are all circles and are hoping to be able to 1) Make one (Actually two because of cable considerations) sequence that welds at a 45 degree angle around a 1in tube and then 2) set a simple sequence that brings the torch up, over to the next part and down offset 6 in.
I really hope there is a way because programing this thing has been a constant source of pain and frustration because of accidently hitting the torch while trying to touchup...
Thanks in advance all and robot info below.
