I am working on a Fanuc System R-30iB mate plus, and ARC Mate 100iD controller.
Main concern: I am looking for a signal which indicates the start of the welding, so that I can track it through a DAQ module and inform it to my computer.
Secondary concern: If I could control the weld enbl externally, that would also be helpful. In this case, I would inherently know when the welding is starting.
Also, is it possible to know the welding current and voltage in real time by analog/digital outputs?
