    Hi,

I'm setting up a second XRC controller with a Motoman SP100 for stacking pallets, after the first one has been working for a year.

As the second XRC controller had been used for a different robot, I took the CMOS.BIN from the first controller that works, however, the second XRC controller does not have the XFB01 Fieldbus interface board, whereas the first does (despite it not being used).

This means that Error 0060 [4] comes up, as It does not have the board (if disconnected in the first robot we get the same error), and so I was wondering how to take the XFB01 board out of the setup of the XRC to stop this error.

    Any advice welcome,

    Cheers

    Hugh

I've cleared now removed the 0060 error:

I had not "modified" the IO module page in management mode before initialisation.

However, now I have error 1351 : Specified error (XFC01).

The green light is on on the XFC01 board, but I'm unsure what to try next?

    Cheers

    Hugh
