can't load TP files from FTP in Roboguide

    Good day,

    Sometimes for remote support I'll grab a TP file from a robot using an FTP client (Tera Term), and load it into Roboguide on my laptop. This has worked fine in the past but recently when I try to load the TP file I get these errors.

    • LANG-016 Can not read file
    • TPIF-218 UT1:\P99991.TP failed to load
    • FILE-081 Load fail LMNEd (939,1042)

    If I get someone on-site to save the TP file to a USB drive then send it to me, it'll load in Roboguide just fine. Wondering if anyone else has encountered something like this and might know the cause and solution.
